| Q1:What is account aggregation? |
Account aggregation is a service that simplifies the login process for multiple online services and allows consolidated viewing of information from multiple sites. By registering your username and password for such services as online banking, trading, and credit card accounts, you can view your information and transaction details for the various accounts on a single screen at the aggregation site. |
| Q2:What sorts of things can account aggregation do? |
It can eliminate the trouble entering your username and password when checking account information at multiple Websites. Also, it displays information in a single list, making it easy to check and manage. Account aggregation can also be a useful tool for managing your financial assets. This is possible because of features including an Alert Mail feature that compares asset balances, links with home accounting and financial management software products such as Microsoft Money, a lifetime financial plan diagnosis feature, and the ability to convert your award program points into cash. |

| Q3: What are the roles of NTT Bizlink Corporation and NTT East, Inc.? |

| Q4: What are the advantages of account aggregation in the various industries (banking, securities trading, credit cards, e-commerce sites, corporate operations)? |
| Banking |
… |
Since account balances and credit card bills can be comparatively displayed, banks can offer loans when an account balance is insufficient to cover payments. Also, since assets can be viewed in a single list, the main financing bank can offer financial planning services. |
| Securities Trading |
… |
The user can view bank and other brokerage account information together for a clearer picture of his/her overall portfolio, and the user can invest efficiently, without forgetting “leftover capital”. |
| Credit Cards |
… |
Since the credit card bill is shown together with the bank account balance, overdrafts can be prevented, and by displaying products and services from affiliated sites in a single listing, it is possible to promote use of the card and use of affiliate sites. |
| E-commerce Sites |
… |
By displaying possible financing options, it is possible to promote spending. It is also possible to cross-market to purchasers of products from other sites. |
| Corporate Operations |
… |
When receipts and payments involve multiple accounts, account aggregation can display information in a single listing, making it easy to check funds and payments. |
| Employee Benefits |
… |
Account aggregation makes possible the single display of individual employee benefit accounts such as employee pensions, in-house savings, employee stock plans, and cafeteria benefit plans, and allows the information to be checked easily. |
